We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, please review the guidelines below.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Open cans
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Used items
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include a photo of the item(s) in question so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges
If your item was damaged in transit or you received the wrong product, we’ll gladly exchange it. Please email us with the following:
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Top and bottom of the shipping box
- Packing slip

Returns Process

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot resolve missing package issues after this window has passed.
